WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing and swimwear online so we advise best to refer to our size guide. If you still have concerns regarding sizing please get in touch via info@salte.com.au with your bust and waist measurements, size and product style. We would love to help you!

DOES SALTÉ SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

We sure do!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For Australian parcels, we ship via AUSPOST or Sendle. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 7 business days.

For international parcels, we ship via AUSPOST. Shipping is a flat rate of $27.00 with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days.

WHERE DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE?

Once you have added products to your cart and proceed to checkout you will see a discount code on the side tab where you will be able to apply your discount code.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Salté Designs do not offer refunds for goods due to change of mind.

We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM? 

If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please get in touch with us via info@salte.com.au. Please outline your concern, product description,  and faulty information. If you could also provide photo evidence of the fault as this would assist customer service in resolving your issue in a timely manner.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SWIMWEAR?

Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of underwear, lingerie, and swimwear. Return of these items must be in an unused condition with all swing tags and hygiene stickers attached to be considered for exchange or credit note. Worn underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not refundable.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments.

If the item appears to have been worn or washed in any way the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

I WANT A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT. DO YOU DO PRE-ORDERS?

Due to being a small business, and focusing on sustainability, we only make small runs of our designs. If we have a lot of people requesting the return of a product, we may decide to re-order a sold out item. If an item is available for pre-order, you will be able to see in the description and style name that it is a pre-order item.

All Salté Designs clothing items are lovingly designed in Australia and brought to life in a small sewing house in Bali. Our swimwear & flares are ethically made  in a sewing house in China.
