Meet our good friend and one of our biggest supporters, Cleo Massey.  She's a 26 year old go getter, living in Nobbys Beach, on a mission to spread as much positivity as she possibly can. Read on to find out a little about Cleo, her very own Positive Guidance Cards, and how she practices self love and care. 

My all time self care practices would be a little meditation, followed by a journaling and card reading sesh! I also love to go on what I call ‘gratitude walks’. I walk, play music and just thank the Universe for everything I currently have, and everything I want to attract! Lately, I’ve been careful to not put too much pressure on myself. Whether it is with work, social occasions, fitness and productivity in general. Im loving reminding myself that it’s okay to go slow, take breaks and release any feelings of guilt. It’s not worth it! 

What does the perfect day look like for you?  
Ocean swim with my partner Luke, self-care sesh, lunch with my hilarious, amazing gal pals, then home to my parents for dinner and puppy cuddles with my bestie, Teddy.  Name 3 of your fave books.

Originally I started Pass Around the Smile as a blog to spread positivity, this was in 2015 and there definitely wasn’t enough positivity on the internet then! It felt so good to help people and I just wanted to take that further. As a kid, I would use angel and oracle cards all the time, so I decided to create my own to give others guidance, hope, inspiration and positivity! The ocean at home, although in my meditations, I often find myself imagining that I’m in Bali. 💭Why’d you choose Salté?
I have four different Salté bikinis and I am obsessed with them all. My first piece is from Salté’s first collection and they’re still as good as new. I love that Salté is local, passionate about the world and constantly spreading good vibes!
