Salté Designs will happily accept any unworn, clean, garments that were sold at regular price for exchange. Salté does not offer refunds. We do not offer exchanges on garments because of change of mind. we are more than happy to exchange for another size.
All exchange pieces must be received in their original condition: UNWORN, UNWASHED, with TAGS ATTACHED, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The hygienic linings of all bottoms must not have been taken off or reattached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items that are not in line with our return policy; returns not in compliance with our returns policy are subject to being sent back at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

D O M E S T I C – E X C H A N G E P R O C E S S
STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER
Contact us on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for an Authorisation Number. Please be sure to include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason to exchange in this email.
STEP 2 – COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM
Once you have been approved for your Authorisation Number, simply print and fill out the exchange form. required. You must print and complete this form and enclose it along with a ‘Pre-Paid Return Satchel’ (which can be purchased at your local Australia Post) with your exchange.
STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP
Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Returns Form. The Authorisation Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
Please be sure to pack the merchandise securely with labels intact. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused with sanitary stickers, hang and size tags attached and undamaged.
Salté Designs reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
NOTE –Although it isn’t essential, we strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
STEP 4 – TRACKING YOUR PACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your garment/s at Salté HQ, we will inspect your item to ensure that it meets criteria (stated above). Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive notice via email once we have shipped your exchange, and include your tracking number.
